1.) ELIGIBILITY: The Master the Mountain Test Drive for Lift Tickets Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open only to legal residents of Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Washington DC, West Virginia and Virginia, 21 years of age or older who are licensed drivers of their states of residence at the time of entry. Employees of Subaru of America, Inc. and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, dealerships, advertising and promotions agencies, and immediate family members and persons living in the households of such persons, are not eligible to enter or win. Void outside Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Washington DC, West Virginia, Virginia and where prohibited by law. Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
2.) HOW TO ENTER: The Giveaway begins on December 15, 2012 and ends on March 10, 2012 (The "Entry Period"). During the Entry Period, to enter, visit any participating Subaru Dealership, test drive any new Subaru vehicle and receive one (1) Lift Ticket into Wisp Resort's 2012-2013 season, while supplies last. Limit one (1) entry per person/household, regardless of method of entry. Entries that have been mechanically reproduced are void.
3.) WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: Giveaway Entrants ("Entrants") will be granted one (1) free Lift Ticket to the Wisp Resort upon completion of Test Drive and signing a release waiver. Entrants will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and (unless prohibited) publicity release to receive lift ticket. Failure to return such documents within the specific time period, noncompliance with these Official Rules or return of any mail or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification.
4.) PRIZE (20 per dealer): Twenty non-holiday 2012-2013 season lift tickets will be given away in this Giveaway per dealership, while supplies last. All prize details not specified herein as being awarded are at the sole discretion of Subaru of America. Winner must present valid US Driver's License and proof of insurance to take delivery. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, and any options not included as specified herein. Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Prize is not transferable; no substitutions or cash equivalents allowed, except at the sole discretion of Subaru of America, who reserves the right to substitute prize with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion.
5.) GENERAL CONDITIONS: Entrants agree (i) to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and the decisions of Subaru of America which shall be final and binding on all matters, (ii) to the use by Subaru of America and its designees of the Entrants' names and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without additional compensation, notification, or permission and (iii) to release and hold harmless Subaru of America, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers, dealerships, and advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, shareholders, and agents (collectively the "Released Parties") from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Giveaway or the acceptance or use of any prize (including any harm or injury resulting from the use of the Lift Ticket), or any travel/activity associated herewith. Released Parties shall not be responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, or stolen entries or entry boxes, nor for typographical, printing, human, or other errors of any kind relating to or in connection with the Giveaway. If for any reason this Giveaway is not capable of running as planned due to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of Subaru of America which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Giveaway, Subaru of America reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway or any element thereof. Should the Giveaway be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted and Subaru of America will award any remaining prizes to additional entrants on a first-come, first-serve basis.
