If I could give 10 stars, I would. Arvin ( service manager) personally invested time to resolve my issue - not caused by his dealership, but by Freehold Subaru in another state! ( NJ) Arvin and techs repaired an incorrectly installed front driver’s side regulator and run channel installed 1 week earlier by another dealer. I was in the DC area for 2 days and all of a sudden, the driver’s side window would not close. As I was parking on the street at night AND thunderstorms were forecasted, I was in a tough spot. Luckily, I found Arvin and team at Stohlman Subaru in Vienna, VA. Excellent customer service and communication in an emergency situation. My only wish is that I could have my Subaru serviced at Stohlman Subaru ongoing. Thank you Arvin and team.

I bought a car here in late August 2025 and the staff at every level are friendly and bend over backwards to help on each and every visit. I live a distance away( MD) and have to fight beltway traffic to get here but the staff and service is so good and friemdly each time, that I never regret the rush hour commute(30 min) Start here for your needs then try the others if you find that you need to. I used an expert named Jay for my sale and he knows everything about cars. A walking automotive AI,so ask for him.

By far the most hassle-free car buying experience I’ve ever had. Casey Wilder was absolutely terrific—honest, transparent, and never rushed or pressured me into making a decision. I felt heard, supported, and, most importantly, given the time and space to figure out exactly what I wanted before coming to an agreement on a very reasonable price for a Subaru Crosstrek. I also want to extend my appreciation to Chris, the finance manager. I had a very similar experience with him: professional, understanding, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Sales Consultant Gerik Trevisan is a very knowledgeable, hard working professional with excellent communication skills who bent over backwards to find the exact car I was looking for and arranged a deal I couldn't refuse. Finance Manager Larry Schiro was also similarly skilled and made the final purchase experience fast and enjoyable with his simple, clear explanations without pressured selling of additional options. I could not have been happier. I highly recommend these gentlemen and Stolhman Subaru for anyone's car buying needs.

This is the best experience I’ve had in buying a car in the last 45 years since I purchased my first car at age 19. Most of this is directly attributed to Sarah Eberle! I recently purchased a Subaru Crosstrek Premium for my daughter who lives in Alexandria, and I was dealing with her via text and phone from my home in TN! My daughter also enjoyed working with Sarah … she repeatedly talked about Sarah’s kindness!
